Oh, my...it's been a while since I have posted anything! I have been busy. The more energy I have, the more I want to do around the house. :)
So, the latest.....My progress was slowing a little, as treatments stood. I was still herxing, but not too badly, and I was considering doing treatments twice a week. After all, my husband is not able to go to work out of town, so he is at home. What better time to focus on my treatment? Then, I did some testing for bartonella (muscle testing) and it came up as something I had needed to do. I have never treated for bart before, that I can recall!
I began my bart treatment about 3 weeks ago. Each time, I have herxed for about 4-5 days! Now I have been doing lots and lots of detox research (which I will share as I decide on the best approach). I can only guess that I will certainly have lots of progress at this rate!
Another interesting thing. I keep coming up with mycoplasma in my muscle testing. Then I read something about how it often comes with lyme. I don't know about that, but twice I have had times when I feel wimpy and yucky, and I do rife for myco, and I feel really good the next day. So I plan to incorporate this into my routine....sometime......lol. I am not sure how to fit everything into my rife schedule. At this rate, I have no intention of trying to do two treatments a week, but haven't done any lyme settings since I started bart. The others (mycoplasma, fungus, etc.) are easy to sneak in on odd days. I don't really herx much with them. I am not sure when I will get back to lyme treatment, but as long as I am herxing this severely with the bart treatment, I am going to do that one. And if I can get things dialed in with detox, then I could make all sorts of progress!
I have also become a distributor for Young Living essential oils. I have played around with using them for detox, but I haven't wanted to use any oils for killing the bugs, as I don't want to herx 24/7. This has been one of my goals in doing rife, anyway. I don't want to mess up a good thing. However, if I can do a program that just supports the system, I might go for it (and of course, I will report my findings).
Incidentally, the oils I have been using for detox are lemongrass and patchouli (internally, in capsules) and a roll on blend of oils that I rub over the liver area. I have only been doing this once a week, though. I probably should have been doing it more often. I am going to talk to my upline about her recommendations.
Well, this will be all for now. I have to be up and doing. :)

Update: I decided to take a "flu bomb" (a recipe of Young Living oils to take internally to kill bugs). I had a cold and was anxious to try it out. Well, it worked. No more cold.....but I herxed pretty badly! I have heard some have luck with just doing tiny amounts each day, unlike what I had done. Whew! I might consider adding the oils in the future, but it would be very carefully done. Then again, I seem to be the queen of non-detox, so maybe others wouldn't have the same reaction.
